| Cook onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Add meat; cook on medium-high until evenly browned, stirring frequently. Stir in pasta sauce and tomatoes. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min., stirring occasionally. |
| Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package. |
| Drain spaghetti. Meanwhile, remove meat sauce from heat. Add cream cheese spread; stir until melted and well blended. Serve over spaghetti; sprinkle with Parmesan. |
