| Remove bread from centres of both bread halves, leaving 1-inch-thick shells. Reserve removed bread for another use. |
| Mix cream cheese spread and pesto until well blended. Spread onto bottoms of both baguette halves. Fill bottom half with tomatoes, artichokes, Parmesan and spinach; cover with top of baguette. |
| Serve immediately. Or, wrap tightly and refrigerate up to 24 hours. |
