| Cook pasta as directed on package. |
| Meanwhile, cook tomatoes in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Add cream cheese product; cook 3 min. or until melted, stirring frequently. Stir in spinach; cook 2 min. or until wilted, stirring occasionally. |
| Drain pasta. Add to sauce; stir to coat. Place on platter; top with Parmesan. |
