| Cook pasta as directed on package, adding spinach, peppers and mushrooms to the boiling water the last 3 min. Remove from saucepan; drain. |
| Meanwhile, add cream cheese spread and milk to saucepan; cook on low heat 5 min. or until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally. |
| Place pasta mixture in large bowl. Add cream cheese mixture; toss to coat. Top with basil and Parmesan. |
