Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. (500 g) fettuccine
  • 1 pkg. (284 g) baby spinach leaves
  • 2 red peppers, chopped
  • 1 pkg. (227 g) sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tub (250 g) PHILADELPHIA 95% Fat Free Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Light Parmesan Grated Cheese

Instructions
Cook pasta as directed on package, adding spinach, peppers and mushrooms to the boiling water the last 3 min. Remove from saucepan; drain.
Meanwhile, add cream cheese spread and milk to saucepan; cook on low heat 5 min. or until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.
Place pasta mixture in large bowl. Add cream cheese mixture; toss to coat. Top with basil and Parmesan.
