Ingredients
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 4 salmon fillets (1 lb./500 g)
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 125 g (1/2 of 250-g tub) PHILADELPHIA Herb & Garlic Light Cream Cheese Product
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill

Instructions
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add salmon; cook 5 min. on each side or until salmon flakes easily with fork. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Add milk and cream cheese product to skillet; cook and stir until cream cheese product is melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in cucumbers and dill.
Return salmon to skillet. Cook 2 min. or until heated through. Serve salmon topped with the cream cheese sauce.

I didn't have any herb and garlic philadelphia cream cheese, so I fried up a little onion and garlic, then I added the cream cheese and milk, then I added a tbsp. of Creamy Italian dressing to it...I sprinkled with McCormick's Lemon and Pepper seasoning...YUMMY

I added lemon zest on top just before serving and it was amazing - I tried it with the zest and without and it was excellent both ways but the lemon zest really made it pop!

i think adding mushrooms with the cream cheese would add so much to it. i just recently made chicken breasts with rosemary and garlic and added a sauce from herb and garlic (light) cream cheese with choped mushrooms. i added the sauce on top of the chicken and it was delightful!!
